We use couriers such as DHL, UPS, if a product is in stock, it usually is dispatched within 24-48 hours, a tracking I.D will be provided when available.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returns
When purchasing goods or services from this website your contract is with Guitar Amps & Co. All goods and services are sold in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC). This directive essentially ensures that the consumer is given clear information about the goods and services the supplier is offering, is provided with an order confirmation via email and has a "cooling off" period of 14 working days after the day of delivery (custom made products aren't covered by this cooling off period) - during which time the consumer may cancel the contract by notifying the supplier of their request to cancel either in writing or by email. To cancel this contract or report a fault, please notify us in writing or by email. A telephone call is not sufficient unless both you and Guitar Amps & Co agree otherwise. This law also assumes that the consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period and while the goods are in their possession. Goods must be returned and re-packed in the original packaging as received complete 'AS SOLD' and in 'AS NEW' condition (if the packaging has been opened to examine the product/s it must have been done so without damaging the packaging or the product/s in any way). Please Note: Guitar Amps & Co has the right to terminate the contract in the event that the goods are unavailable, mispriced or cleared funds are not received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
