I just can say they came off a synth or a rhythm machine from the 80´s.

Set screw type and quite heavy, made from some kind of metal, probably aluminum or calamine.

There are felt pads included to avoid rubs.

• Big one: 20mm. (diameter) x 13mm. (height)

I only know that I took them out of a synth or an eighties drum machine; They are made of metal, I would say aluminum or calamine, they are fastened with a screw and include a felt to avoid rubbing.
